Apprentice Program

Many years ago, our management team grew tired of the constant cycle of hiring HVAC/E technicians from other companies only to find they did not fit our corporate culture.

What could we do to break this cycle? Why not hire good people with a technical aptitude and “grow our own” technicians from there?

It has worked out wonderfully. We’ve been fortunate to play a part in building successful careers for dozens of young men and women who just wanted an opportunity to succeed. This is likely our proudest accomplishment. Dominion Service Company will fully fund technical school education and testing fees for our apprentices.

All of this can be done while still earning a full-time income and valuable industry experience.
